| ✨🏄♂️ Wavegarden Surf Park: The World’s Largest surf park is coming to Florida in 2026. | Florida Travel Guide Florida’s Treasure Coast will be home to the world’s largest “WaveGarden” - a simulated surfing park that will be part of a nearly $600M 200-acre community development project, Koa Bay, in Fort Pierce, Florida. | Learn More The mechanism used in the floating surf pool propels waves forward, producing a seamless and authentic surfing experience. The surf pool can simulate up to 1,000 waves per hour and hold up to 100 occupants. The development plans also include a lake for water sports, 1,000 residential units, two hotels, vacation homes, and over 650,000 sq. ft. of retail and entertainment space. Developers recently announced they are “moving fast” and have an expected opening in 2026.
