| | 💚💜 The Children’s Services Council of Leon County (CSC Leon) announced its Summer Youth Internship Program in collaboration with North Florida Worlds of Work (W.O.W.) | CSC The program is designed to provide mature youth with an opportunity to develop workforce-ready skills through a paid summer internship that pairs real-world work experiences with life-skill development training and workshops. ✨ FYI: The 2025 CSC Leon Virtual Info. Session was held on Wed., April 30th. View last year’s virtual informational session. Selected participants will be paired with a local business or nonprofit for 16-20 hours a week during the summer. They will receive leadership training before starting and must arrange their own transportation. They will also complete periodic surveys throughout the program and present their experience at the end of the summer to their peers. Program Benefits: $14-15 per hour for 16-20 hours per week for up to 8 weeks Leadership & life skills training (e.g., financial literacy, resume writing, professional communications, etc.) Real-life work experience in a professional setting Connections and references for future opportunities
