• After conducting a nationwide search for a dynamic, visionary leader to steer the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce into its next era of strategic growth and community impact, the chamber is pleased to introduce its new CEO, Michael Dalby. 👏

• He brings an impressive track record, having led chambers in Naples, Florida, and Columbus, Ohio. His previous positions involved overseeing economic development and chamber activities in various cities.

• “Michael Dalby is a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving business growth and fostering strong public-private partnerships,” said Sha’Ron James, chair of the Chamber’s Board of Directors and head of the CEO search committee. “His extensive Chamber experience across multiple markets, leading Chambers in communities like ours, aligns perfectly with the Chamber’s goal to be a catalyst for transformational change in our community by fostering strong economic growth and community prosperity. We are excited to welcome Michael as our next leader, building upon Sue Dick’s incredible legacy and ushering in a new era of growth and impact for our region.” 🤩

• Dalby is set to be introduced to the members during the upcoming Chamber’s Annual Conference from August 14 to 17. He will officially start his new position on October 1, 2025. Sue Dick will continue with the Chamber until December 2025 to facilitate a seamless transition.

💥🖍️ The Dynamic Xplosion cheer facility organized a Back-to-School supply drive. | WCTV

• Last August 3rd, Dynamic Xplosion Cheer, a local gymnastics and cheer facility, hosted a Back-to-School supply drive in partnership with DJ Woadie and Trending Document Services.

• Hundreds of free backpacks were distributed, filled with school essentials such as paper, pencils, markers, and composition notebooks. The event also featured bounce houses, live music, free food, and a variety of activities for students. 💗
