| 💡 The Talent Development Council has launched TLHTalent.com. The Talent Development Council (TDC) has introduced TLHTalent.com, the first centralized online platform in the Capital Region that connects job seekers, employers, and community resources. It offers a one-stop destination for industry spotlights, training opportunities, job boards, and essential support services like transportation and childcare assistance. In 2021, TDC was formed with key workforce and education leaders from the Capital Region. They created the One Vision strategic plan that continues to adapt to the evolving needs of the community, education, and workforce sectors, supporting strong collaboration to build a robust local talent pipeline. “This platform fills a critical gap by unifying our community’s resources and showcasing the depth of opportunity in our local economy,” said Corrie Melton, Vice President of Membership & Talent Development at the Chamber. Whether you need job opportunities, training, or business support, TLH Talent links you to the resources and organizations that can assist you in achieving success. 💙
