👩 Voices of Florida Women Survey 2025 | FCSW The latest Voices of Florida Women survey report, released by the Florida Commission on the Status of Women (FCSW) in partnership with UNF’s Public Opinion Research Lab, captures what matters most to women across the Sunshine State. | 📣 Read the full report here. Statewide snapshot: Surveyed 1,208 Florida women (18+) on key issues from health care and education to economic security and leadership representation. Top challenges: Health care access, affordable housing, child care costs, and financial stability remain the most pressing barriers for Florida women. Statewide themes: Respondents emphasized the need for better support for working mothers, expanded mentorship opportunities, and equal pay initiatives. Progress & priorities: More women report confidence in their leadership roles and financial decision-making, but call for continued investment in education and policy that supports long-term economic mobility. By the numbers: Nearly one in three women surveyed reported struggling to afford housing or child care, a finding consistent across all age and income levels.
