| 🥖☕ Where Fresh Bread, Good Coffee, and Friendly Faces Make Everyday a Little Warmer. | The Hawthorn The Hawthorn Bistro & Bakery began as a fine dining venture in the winter of 2017, but soon evolved into a more authentic expression of “who we are and where we belong.” Through baking daily bread, a new passion emerged. After closing for a year and after 4 months of research and development, they reopened in Feb. 2019 as Tallahassee’s only artisan bread bakery, embracing the soulful, savory side of Southern baking. Key Offerings: Artisan Breads: Handcrafted using natural leavening techniques. Seasonal Menus: Featuring locally sourced ingredients. Pizza Pop-Up: Held every second Saturday of the month; pre-orders are required. Wholesale & Catering: Providing baked goods to local businesses and offering event catering services. Gift Cards: Available for purchase online or in-store.
The Hawthorn is proud to be a part of Seven Hills Hospitality Group, which includes Liberty Bar, Bar 1903, LINK, and Black Radish.
